I am a highly service-driven and determined technological professional with 12+ years of diverse experience — from custom-building and managing computers and servers to architecting cloud environments and building enterprise automation systems. I have a proven track record of improving corporate productivity by developing and implementing strategies that foster powerful operating efficiencies and lasting change.

I’ve developed intelligent automation systems using Azure Automation Runbooks and PowerShell to manage VM sizing, SQL database copies, and backup operations — reducing manual workloads by over 70%.

I’ve also built secure Power Apps interfaces paired with Power Automate flows that empower non-technical teams to trigger complex operations safely.

Led help desk operations while owning the full technical infrastructure for a 200+ person architecture firm. Managed and maintained hardware and software ecosystems spanning Cisco, Azure, VMware, NetApp, Dell, Apple, Okta, Workday, Autodesk Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Delivered mission-critical infrastructure reliability while successfully transitioning the entire firm to 100% remote operations within 6 months.

Resolved network issues, configured operating systems, and delivered immediate remote and on-site support for a diverse client base. Full Stack Flex Web Developer - The 27ners August 2017-February 2018

Completed Projects working with a team of three people while attending the coding bootcamp. We built our Taskie website, which is a task-based app. We also built a Patient/Client portal for users and doctors to input client information and track payments. Our first website we built is a dinner picker website which uses the Emotion API and your front facing camera to study your emotions when choosing your next place to eat.

Jr. System Engineer - Procurri December 2014-October 2015

Catalyzes installing and supporting hardware, software, and network functionality for Apple, HP, Dell, and IBM x-Series equipment. We received, diagnosed, upgraded, and shipped Apple equipment as well. Replaced the Monitor and hard drive in several iMacs, upgraded RAM and Hard drives in iMac laptops, and replaced batteries and screens in iPhones and iPads. We analyzed, diagnosed, and resolved software, hardware, and network connectivity issues. Maintained technology inventory at designated location. Troubleshoot advanced hardware and software problems utilizing a working knowledge of operating systems/computers in addition to a variety of hardware and software equipment.

Installed and supported hardware, software, and network functionality for HP, Dell, and IBM x-Series equipment. Oversaw migration of data backup infrastructure from legacy Windows XP Server to Windows 2008 Server. Tested and diagnosed RAM, hard drives, video cards, motherboards, and custom power supplies. Troubleshot touch panels, printers, desktop computers, tablets, and high-capacity scanners. Provisioned, tested, and shipped IRDs for The TV Guide and The Weather Channel.

Project Lead Engineer - Insight Global for Hewlett Packard at Bank of America February 2013-February 2015

Responsible for overseeing and spearheading support and operational activities of several service environments in replacing data backup issues with new Windows 2008 Server from old Windows XP Server. Troubleshot touch panel, connection, and keypad issues, multifunctioning printers, desktop computers, iPads and Tablets, and high capacity scanners. Collaborated extensively with various internal and external operational processes to ensure the proper delivery and top operational performance.

Built seven Runbooks to automate SQL database copy/backup across environments (Prod → Pre-Prod → QA → DEV). Integrated Key Vault credentials, timestamped copies, Hyperscale cost optimization, and automated email logs.

Azure VM Temporary Size Upgrade Workflow

Tools: Power Automate, Outlook, Azure Automation Runbooks

Created an automated request/approval flow for temporary VM size upgrades. Parses email requests, triggers Runbook execution, and auto-reverts to original size with detailed status reports.

Power App for SQL DB Copy/Delete

Tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Runbooks

Developed a secure Power App interface for IT teams to self-service database copy or deletion tasks. Features include live database lists, timestamped naming, and controlled access to reduce engineer workload.
